This is our youngest and freshest Albariño, made with grapes from our farms within the Rias Baixas, hand-harvested. Easy to understand, crispy acidity and slightly sweet finish.

DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN: Rías Baixas
FERM. TEMPERATURE: Betwen 15-17ºC
PRODUCTION: 60.000 de bottles of 0,75L
VINIFICATION: Destemmed followed by a short maceration. Controlled fermentation in a stainless Steel tank. Bottled after three months of fermentation.
TEMPERATURE OF SERVICE: 8-10ºC
FOOD PAIRING: Salads, rice dishes or fresh cheeses, such as Brie or goat cheese.
Pale, limpid and bright yellow color. High aromatic intensity, young, pure fruit expression, pear, peach and grapefruit.
The finish of the mouth shows a slight sweetness and medium persistence.
