Another Chapter in the Winery’s Pioneering History

Over the years, the technique of pre-fermentative cold soaking was adopted, and this gave way to another innovation: the first Albariño wines to be aged and fermented in French oak. Together, these developments would give rise to a complete range of wines, each with their own unique personalities but unequivocally speaking to their “Albariño” character.

We invite you to visit us and take a walk through our Barrel Hall, which hosts the barricas of various sizes which we employ in the production of our “Limousin.” Here too, you may find our “library,” where we’ve laid down bottles to gracefully and peacefully age as they watch over the developing young wines they share their space with. Here too, you may find the chamber where our sparkling wine project slowly develops under our meticulous care.
