One more episode of the R & D of the winery’s history

Over the years the concept of pre-fermentative cold maceration was developed and the first Albariño was aged in French Oak barrels in a pioneer method. Those were the first steps in the creation of a complete range of wines with different personalities, coming from one kind of grape, the “albariña”.

The Barrel Room is intended for the elaboration of our GRANBAZÁN Limousin. Inside this room we have the  “Cemetery”, where the old vintages rest, next to the chamber where our sparkling wine project is being developed.
