Quinta do Sil
Quinta do Sil is the result of the dream of being able to produce great complex, fragrant, white wines with personality.
It is the culmination of a desire after a long relationship as a fan of the Godello variety, which is expressive and delicate.

WINEMAKING: Destemming of the clusters, followed by a short maceration (> 4 hours) of the berries. Slight and very slow pressing, static decantation of the juice in preparation for a prolonged temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
CLOSURE: Natural cork.

Lemon yellow, clean and bright. On the nose it is eloquent, yellow fruits, ripe cantaloupe, papaya and herbs such as chamomile.
On the palate it is sweet, intense, very voluminous, with a medium persistence and a slightly bitter finish.
