Baby squid in their ink

Captured with very special nets, this delicacy of the sea is rare and of high quality.

We have chosen the optimal size in season, and we process them delicately and meticulously to preserve their softness and texture.

The baby squid are washed and cleaned one by one manually and are packed with olive oil and their own ink.
