This Godello comes from 60 years old terraces next to the Sil river, in the Bibei Valley (Ourense), cultivated in slate and decomposed granitic soil.

WINEMAKING: Destemming and soft pressing, static racked and fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months on lees. The aging continues for 12 months in 225l french oak barrels.

Intense clean bright straw yellow. In the nose is complex and spicy, revealing its time in barrels. Notes of wild fruits, Orange confit, white tea, chamomile and beewax.
In the palate it is umptuous and elegant with a persistent and slightly bitter finish.
