Our story
Bodegas GRANBAZÁN, founded in 1981, is located in the Salnés Valley, in the heart of the Rías Baixas (Galicia).
It is a beautiful neoclassical building covered with blue tiles showing a strong Indian influence, facing north, sheltered from the hot southern sun, and surrounded by old albariño vineyards.
It is undoubtedly one of the first and most beautiful châteaux in Galicia, where noble materials blend with the landscape, and the architecture serves the finest grapes.

GRANBAZÁN Winery was born in the heart of Galicia over 45 years ago from an ambitious vision: to craft wines that truly capture the privileged climate and unique character of this land. Wines capable of expressing the essence of a terroir unlike any other. The result was an Albariño that would become one of a kind in the world.
From the very beginning, GRANBAZÁN led what would become the most significant agro-industrial revolution in Galicia’s history. Today, the winery remains at the forefront of innovation, setting benchmarks in R&D&I in viticulture and enology while continuing to shape the future of Albariño.
