The data you provide us through the registration form of users are used with the purpose of managing your registration and to enjoy all the services of the web in addition to treating the information related to the purchase process in our store. In case you make purchases in our store, your contact information may be used to send messages by telematic means about the products and the services similar to those contracted in accordance with article 21.2 of Law 34/2002.
The data provided in the newsletter subscription are used to keep you informed about our products, services and related news.
The data you provide us through the membership registration form are used in order to process your registration and enjoy the benefits associated with your account by sending information of your interest about the products, services and promotions.

How long is your data kept?
In case of the data received through the contact form, they will be kept for at least 12 months, unless you authorize the sending of commercial information in which case they will be kept as long as you indicate otherwise. In the case of the data received through the user registration form, they will be kept for at least 5 years since the last user interaction on the website.

In the case of data processing collected through the user registration form and those related to online purchases, the legal basis of the treatment is to comply with a provision of services requested by the interested party and the execution of a contract.

The processing of the data received through the collection forms are received via email based on Microsoft 365 from Microsoft, a company added to the Privacy Shield protocol and that complies with the appropriate security measures.
The data undergoing processing can be reported to the administrative authorities with competence in the field, within the legal assumptions and also in cases where such communication is required to provide the requested services.
Our website is hosted in the territory of the European Union.
In case of products purchase, you will be redirected to third-party services for the processing of credit or debit card payments through third-party payment gateways.
